SPECIAL REQUESTS:  A group booking with multiple service appointments must be guaranteed by a 50% reservation fee.  Appointments missed without notice forfeit all reservation fees.

SPA PACKAGES:  We regret that any spa packages or services can not be used at another time or exchanged after arrival time.

DEPOSITS:  To confirm a multi service reservation, please have a credit card available.  We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  We regret that refunds can not be made for unused services in the event of early departure.  Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS:  Because our time is reserved for you, all services require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation, or we must bill you 50% of the price of the service.  

returned checks:  Athena Day Spa exercises the right to charge $25 for all returned checks.

No Shows:  Because our time is reserved for you we must bill you 50% of the price of the service if you do not show up for your appointments.  

Gratuities are not included.  Prices are subject to change.
